This site is a referral service

LarimerRadon.com puts homeowners in Fort Collins and the rest of Larimer County, Colorado, along with nearby towns, in touch with independent contractors. It doesn't test for radon, sell kits, design systems, install fans or repair anything. The contractors it refers to aren't its employees, and it isn't their front desk.

Not connected to any government

The site is named for Larimer County, Colorado. It has no connection to Larimer County, Weld County, the City of Fort Collins or any other town, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, EPA, or any company with a similar name. Test kit programs, permits and low-income assistance come only from those agencies, and a request here doesn't connect to them.

One contractor for each request

A request goes to one contractor who serves your area, not to a list of companies.

The contractor answers for the work

The contractor you hire is responsible for their own permits, pricing, workmanship and warranties. Any agreement is between you and that contractor. The hiring guide lists what to ask about the job.
